Tyre size advice please....

Hello Gents,

I'm after a new set of tyres for my Freelander which is currently running 195/80 R15's. I'm not after recommendations for tyres, I already know that I want the Falken AT but what I need to know is- Will a 215 fit without any problems?

Only reason for asking is that most places don't have any stock whatsoever of them in 195. Falken do a 215/80 R15, so will this be ok seeing as I'm changing the full set anyway?

Hi Hellequin, I have 215x80x15 Falken landair's on mine, fit ok no rubbing and it gives you about an inch more height, doesn't sound much but it looks more, the grandkids are wanting me to fit steps so they can get in now

Ive also fitted 215/80/15 Insa Saharas. No rubbing etc, and do give a bit of a lift. Great in snow and off road.

If you aren't desparate, it might be worth waiting till camskill get them back in stock.
