on the 200 tdi defender engine i have just put in me 90,we have noticed that the turbo pipes bulge when you give it some revs is this normal?..or summit to worry about

How much? They should flex a bit but if you have bulges popping out then the rubber is obviously weak there!

remember that any pipe expansion is wasted boost... You want the rubber runs as short as possble, with as much metal as you can.
