i beleive a fella called jim who runs gigglepin 4x4 in hildenborough, kent, built a hybrid supercharger for a 3.5 rover v8.

Last time i looked a rover v8 supercharger was £850...Then you have all the engine internalls to beef up so ya looking at a lot if money to do the job! Best bet is to scour the classified ads in Street machine magazine and suchlike for a complete unit with all the work done....Probably cheaper.

its possible on almost any form of engine, just depends on how much you wanna throw at it.
