sorry Willo - forgot yu are in Belgium. - have a look in google or ebay.

If this hose collapsing is a common problem - and maybe it is, from wot we hear on the forum. It might be worth him getting a couple of sets of silicone hoses as alternatives?

Depends on how they behave on Defenders (and less on Discos) as he only has 3 Freelanders to maintain. Anyway, next time I go and see him I'll mention this to him.

the turbo hoses on my bi-turbo had a stiff wire wound inside the rubber , kinda like a spring, am assuming this was to help the hose hold its shape.dunt the gaylander one have this and if not maybe landrover should be thinkin about moddin the things

The shape is no problem, it's the material splitting, a stiff wire inside won't prevent this I guess ??

I am suffering the same problem too, have removed the big 90 deg hose to check for leaks ....nothing, it only comes under load, I cant get it to go when parked and under the bonnet, it sounds like something sucking... any ideas?
