tube bender

Hi,
has anybody on here got a rotary draw bender that can bend 48.3 mm tube or know of anybody who has, not to far from Derby.
I have tried all sorts with the bender I have but just can't get bends that I am satisfied with.
If not I will have to build my own but could do without the time and expense.

Have you considered pre bent pieces?

I have been advised by the insurers not to sadly..... hence the lack of photos

This is the one I will build if I have to, the plans can be downloaded from got trikes about £15 and the die set are available from Starkeys

I built one of these a few years back.... bloody brilliant for what they are!

Sold it in the end with the die set I bought. Time I was due an upgrade

Got a bailiegh rdb 50, best manual bender Ive ever used and has a good mechanical advantage so tube up to 2 1/2" is a piece of **** to do
