tub

I have a land rover 110 tub I got it for my 88 2a, will it fit? I know it would have to be cut down as its not an 88 or 90 but as its from a defender and was cheap that's why I have kept it for fitment

so if I cut the lengh dow is as simple as this?

Even if you could take sections out both sides of the wheelarch, it would look like a dogs breakfast. Plus you will have to lose the filler hole and install the series one.

Just get the proper item

Stick it on ebay and get the proper one. Whilst it could be made to fit, it will probably look a mess, it would be easier to repair a rotten 88" tub and make that fit...

Thanks mate, its just my new tub is a utility td5 tub, with side shutters and was cheap but you are right. With the front cut off. How much could I ask for my tub? Would be ideal for expedition.

there is an 88 inch tub here depends how far away you are and how much spitfiremk1uk wants for it

Could you ask him price, I'm in angus, also my a pillers on front bulkhead require welding anyone near by me that could do it for us. Also footwells how easy are they to go in was told bolt straight in but really?
