I have water coming in from dash level or above which has done the fuse box in and all associated problems as it got into the box and corrodes terminals. So far ive removed the headlining and the inside roof was full of water droplets, now all dry.Ive completely sealed up both sunroofs so don't think its there.Ive taken off for the moment the roof bars and covered over the fixing holes with good quality tape but still I'm getting water in.It appears to be coming in and trickling down the cables and then into the box.Short of ripping out the full dash I dont no what to try next.Anyone had a similar issue and found the problem??

Ive got corrosion along the top seal where it meets the roof.Ive taken off the a post trim outside today and its pretty grotty so that's been cleaned out and I'm just going to seal down both sides with sikaflex but from what I understand the top seal only come off if the screen comes out which I'm reluctant to do.I might think of triming the top half of the seal only to address the corrosion and then mask off and try the sikafex to form a new top seal along the roofline.

Behind the vertical A-post trim and down a bit is a 3-way joint in the panels with a very arbitrary piece of filler in it.

That was rusty and leaking on ours, filled the cavity with Sikaflex.

Has the screen been replaced before?

I had much the same corrosion on mine above the windscreen a few years ago.
I had been putting off replacing the windscreen, it had a stone chip in my line if sight.
Got the windscreen fitters to go to the body shop and remove the windscreen and return a few days later after the corrosion had been dealt with and fit the new screen.

Traveling at any speed after the new screen was fitted and I could detect a whistle from the nearside bottom corner.
Took the motor back to the windscreen fitters who removed the screen and resealed, curing the problem.
