I remeber a spray shop had a load of boots(slip on style ) sent to them with free socks. First sprayer went in painted the car,boot stuck to floor,came off & new socks released lint everywhere.
Spray management then realise they better stop the order to the other 3sites.
Back to laced boots after

Your welding and fabrication skills are amazing, also your painting is really good tooLooks like we are ready for welding. That sandwich a pillar/inner wing panel is the trickiest thing I’ve done to date. Everything fits though!!

Thank you sir! I’m not a patch (pun intended) on some of the others on here but I learnt a lot from my last projects and have been trying to sharpen up my work and take time.

Morning all
Got a good evening in last night doing none asbo activities so pulled a late one and did some test fitting. The other wing is tacked in and the mounts are in place. I wanted to be sure everything lined up after so much chopping.

havent done any mate! All been welding!! I did notice that I didn’t paint the inside edge of the front wing well so I’ll have to do some blending.

See you have the aviation cleats for spot weld
