On my 300Tdi I have various switches on the dash that are no longer used due to the parts not working, like the cruise control and aircon etc I plan on using them for other bits like my light bar etc.

If you don’t have these switches and they are blanked off surly you could get them from a breaker for a few quid and fit them.

I've had a mooch and come across this. Nice and shiny. Has anyone got one of these?

You lot are perverts lol...

Yes, I have. Not fitted yet but possible way will be up in the top console as I don't have sunroofs, the electrics are there to be tapped into and it will be out of the way. Couple this with my CB up there and away I go.

I'm in the process of changing this one into a more capable machine since I took my 200 off the road.

you reckon its easy to fit?

I have put my switches where the diff lock sticker is, its a tight squeeze behind but they fit... I am going to be making up a new panel soon but unsure where I want it to go yet...

Oh, and feel free to call it a truck, it is a truck

I want an omlette after reading this thread...

What car/van/truck/jeep/gaylander does the OP have? EDIT: OK I reread and it's a 300. I'd be interested in the solution as I'm gonna need some more switcheroonies soon.

I used the spare slots either side of the binnical and by the hazard switch. Just get a switch from a scrapped Disco with the plug and a few inches of loom and wire them in.

Oh and i love my TRUCK :D
