Truck Cab

I've been toying with the idea of fitting a truck cab to my 90 for a couple of days and if I can get a few questions answered, I might go ahead and do it.

1) Do I have to notify the DVLA?
2) Anyone got a truck cab they want rid of around Leeds?
3) Any one got pictures of a swap? I know it's very straight forward
