Trouble with brakes. Help

Hi there,
Im having a bit of trouble with my 300tdi 90 brakes and wondered if you guys could help me out please. Ive recently replaced the brake pipes (not flexi pipes) and fitted a new lucas master cyclinder. After making sure the brake system had no air in it using the eazi bleed kit. I found the brake pedal push to the floor twice before i had any pedal. I just wondered if this would settle to normal after a while without having to pump the brake a couple of times to get brakes. Or am i missing something obvious?

Did ye use the haynes manual for info on bleedin' yer brakes?
It reckons ye should start at...
L/H rear
then R/H rear
then R/H front
then L/H front

But accordin' tae the workshop manual ye should start at...
the front caliper closest tae the master cylinder
then the other front
then each rear brake in turn.

Ah know which one ah choose when doin' mine;)

Ive bled the brakes 3 times with the eazi bleed kit with still the same symtoms. Am i better using the normal method as you stated? Or Could there be air getting into the system anywhere? (im a novice so please forgive me). It sounds like air in the system to me too, but i am sure its clear as ive done it 3 times extremely well. Used loads of fluid:rolleyes:.
 
Make sure the connections ye made are ok as sometimes if not seated or tightened properly they can draw a little bit of air in. Failin' that, check yer flexi's for any signs of perishin' etc (includin' the rear);)

Might be worth checkin' the seals on yer calipers and rear cylinders (if ye've got drums) if everything else is ok

Im not a fan of ezi bleed after a master cylinder change I find they trap the air in the cylinder rather than get it out .

get someone to TAP the peddle hard enough just to move the master cylinder piston you'll prob find air bubbles up into the reservoir .

failing that , get an assistant to pump the peddle till its hard and open uo the bleed nipple one at a time .
