Trip computer for 02 TD5 ?

Hi, i've got a 2002 Discovery TD5 ES, which is great & I love it etc, however, one irritation is why LR never added a trip computer to show MPG, range, etc etc.

Does such a device exist, can it be added, where from, how much etc etc

Any info gratefully received.......
