haha was trying to find an image ,it was only one i could get to work,but i did used to work on them, rocker box used to leak ,back end not strong enough but was a big thing over here in there day with weight transference grip for four wheel drives

Them perkins sure made good industrial motors. US navy had millions of perkins in lots of different stuff, Heard that the Us military was perkins biggest customer!! They kept alot of Brits working,and still keeping them working:D:D
 
i went to perkins factory once ,got a tour was absolutely amazing to me then,id fitted turbo to one and had refitted pump but hadnt got gear on completely square ,during run up on dyno flat out with customer watching gear came loose and buggered engine quite scary for young 17 year old, perkins visit was to pick up new engine and they had been prewarned why i was collecting engine ,took a bit of stick
