New to Land Rover s. Need to replace my transmission after joint broke and shaft knocked a hole into side of transmission which I read is a common issue. What I wanted to ask was how to tell if I'm buying the right transmission? I have a 2000 Discovery II series according to the labeling V8. When looking for one I see "AT" on some what does that signify?
Thanks in advance

Welcome. You have landed in Introductions, where you tell us a liyyle about you and *your vehicle*
Technical questions are better asked in the correct forum , for model. That way more people will see, who can help.
* If you have to go by "the labeling V8", to know if you do or do not have a V8, perhaps it is best you take the vehicle to a garage. Rather than messing about with it.
