Having a few problems with my 2013 SD4 auto. A few weeks ago I got an intermittent issue with the gear change between 5 and 6. It would try to change to 6 but drop back to 5 as soon as it changed. This problem seemed to rectify itself. Out on Sunday and twice it dropped out of cruise control for no reason then shortly after brought up the stability control / haldex errors. On checking I found the resistance of the haldex pump very low (1ohm) so thought that was the issue. Ordered Autel reader just to be sure before I ordered the parts. Now I have a load of faults come up shown in the pic below. All seems to point to transmission control module. Fitted new battery as this seems a common issue but no difference. Anybody give me some pointers on this one? Thanks

Update. It wasn't the haldex module or pump. Haldex module tested by Haldexrepairs.co.uk. They were very helpful and gave me some pointers. After studying the live data on the Autel it came down to a high speed can bus error to the transmission control module. If that's not talking to the other modules it locks the gearbox in park and the electric handbrake won't come off. After hours of checking and testing I found a damaged cable in the engine bay. Now repaired and back to normal. I hate to think what a garage would have charged to find it.

Well done.

Can you put a photo of the damaged cable and it's location, as these sorts of faults are very difficult to find without some insider information. ;)
