Evening Oracles,

well I’ve been to a diff and hear box specialist today who want me to return next week as after a thorough test drive they could determine if it was transmission or diff
mom getting a wiring noise at lower speeds rather than high and a slight but only slight vibration through the gear selector. Has anybody had similar experiences or can offer a solution.
As I’m staring down the barrel of a £1000 possibly.
still smith gear selection if not a little up and down at lower speeds.
thanks in advance as it’s greatly appreciated

Auto correct has 'transitioned' your question into a bit of a hard read !! Including the title!!

What vehicle and year ?

Take it to Bell Engineering. They are the specialist for the FL2, and will charge less than £1000 for a replacement diff of known quality.
