transfer box

Hi as some may know i had a new transfer box fitted yesterday under warranty on my 2012 fls hse sd4.Would they have had to mess with the gear box as i went for a ride today and sometimes its not changing gear at 2000 rpm it wouldn,t even go into 6th gear sometimes i was going down the m1 at 70mph on 3000rpm doing about 12mpg on inst mpg.Could they have messed something up or will it settle down after a while.I will be double checking it Sunday morning when its quiet and reporting back to the dealer if still the same.TIA

Probably not but there is a technical bulletin for this

It probably needs to relearn your driving habits, does it change ok using paddles

Yes i was thinking after all the messing about it could just need to re educate its self.As regards paddles if you mean command shift no i havn,t really tried it out yet gonna experiment with it tomorrow see how it goes with that.Thanks for the reply

its going back in for investigation
