Transfer box leak

Replaced the rear output shaft bearing and seal the other day an all was good but now it's started leaking againg from the seal behind the transmission brake and the front output shaft seal, any ideas or resolutions?

new seals ,new flanges if seal surface is scored ,check breather

new doesnt necessarily mean good ,did garter spring come off ,grease in rear of seal to hold spring is a good idea if tapping seal home

no need to tap it - can use flange to press new one in, with a taper bearing outer sleeve.

Also the flanges have a fibre seal behind the nut to stop any seepage through worn splines...

But as has been said new seals isnt a gaurentee against leaks, they must be fitted correctly without damaging the seals and the surfaces need to be smooth...
