Trailers

I am looking at get a surpluss military trailer like this one: Mdl M101A3 3/4 Ton 2 wheel Cargo Trailer ID# 586627, Mfr unknown, with tow bar, Mfd unknown, slight surface rust, with t - Government Liquidation

I can get these for 400-500USD all day long.
Anyone else use a small trailer like these. Have any thoughts or suggestions? Obviously I'd want the brakes to be tip top before pulling a trailor at speed.

That's pretty darn similar. In the U.S. there is no chance of gettign a Sankey at a good price, but the M101a3 should do her up just fine.

I like the look of that.

We have a sankey and it is a wonderful trailer, its a large one that would have been used to carry Rapier ground to air missiles as the ammo cart for a Rapier unit. Tough, study, and with fantastic hydraulic brakes which give huge confidence when towing especially with an old series. Our one has a wonderful canvas roof and is currently painted in sand drab with Royal Regiment Scotland markings. We use it every day for work moving heavy duty kit and rubble sacks. I especially like it because a combo of series and sankey gets lots of waves from the proles rather than the grief you get occasionally for daring to drive a slower vehicle.
