track rod ends

Is it possible to buy all the track rod end ball joints separately? Or, as I was told, do you have to buy them complete with the bar?

It you can buy them separately, are there 4 as I read.

I need confirmation because I am taking them out to Africa where the vehicle is and it is difficult to take the actual track rod itself.

Please advise.

They are available individually make sure you get left and right handed ones.
