got myself new track and antiroll rods, did a thread search for assistance in fitting, apart from the obvious cleaning the ends and lubing to make removal easier any other tips ? it seems a straight forward process.

not getting any knocking or vibration so its not a negative thread, the parts were cheapish and i'm doing my brakes anyway so why not?

got the haynes and rave cd to look over just looking for hands on experience from you guys oot there.

cheers

why replace them if they are not goosed? although you may as well fit new a/roll bar bushes at the same time as the links if you are just killing time!

had this thing for 8 months and no service history came with it, so just trying to notch up the bits i can do myself on the cheap...

had mine 10 months, so far done:- head gasket, timing belt+ tensioner, water pump, thermostat, alternator belt, air filter, oil +filter, complete exhaust, rear diff mountings, anti roll bar links+bushes, front brake pads, changed oils in gearbox, ird & rear diff & drilled a small hole in the small storage box in the boot to allow the water to drain out, Mmm don`t think i`ll sell it now! Oh plus its mot PASSED nothing required 2 weeks ago.
