Am considering an upgrade from a FL 2.0Td4 HSE to a Disco 4, hopefully another HSE. Having noticed a couple on the road, some with the cover plate in place some with it missing exposing the tow ball and towing electrics my question is do they come with towbar and electrics fitted ready to pop in the detachable towball or is the towbar an option that I may have to get fitted??
