I thought a vehicle being towed on an A frame was classed as a trailer as it does not require anyone to be sitting in it.

I've towed cars from home to garage before, or from house to house for mates etc, as well as the usual recovery jobs. I had no idea it's illegal ...![]()

FFS how thick can some people be?? A place of safety is the first Place that you can safely and legally stop.
what about those people who tow their fiesta on an A bar behind a camper van, is that ilegal
