I bought a towbar off ebay which was from a disco 1, I think it is the plough type.
I removed the bumper and fitted it to the cross member but the lower arms didnt seem to line up with any fitting points other than the anchorage points and the towbar was angled upwards slightly which was stopping the bumper going back on.
Should the towbar fit on top of the cross member or under it?
and where should the lower arms attach ?
any help greatly appreciated as always.
