Touch Pro Duo Side Panel

Hi,

Had a telematics update last Friday on my RR Sport MY20 and now the side panel of the top touch pro duo is just showing the Land Rover logo and not the applications as before (Media, News, Weather etc). (see attached image)

Trawled the manual and online forums with no luck. Spoke to/emailed JLR inControl support but that can take some days.

Tried rebooting as per the Power button/volume up for circa 15 seconds, this seemed to do nothing.

Any ideas how to restore the apps into this side panel?

Ask in the rr section below. Does yer local dealer have any idea's? It will still be under warranty. They have probably seen the fault before.
