Total Newbie with a V8

A Very good friend of mine is responsible for this (fesuvious). Being the petrolhead I am I can't resist playing with toys and I was getting bored and after seeing his latest addition to the stable I find myself here.
After a couple of days trawling the ad's I've bought myself a V8 Discovery and so far so good (Touch Wood). Seems a fairly honest car and although it needs a little bit of attention its all minor and cosmetic stuff more than anything aside a new airbox and 2 gaskets.

Cheers guys, it's nothing compared with some of the stuff on here but I'm beginning to enjoy it alot more than I first thought! Only have the one photo at the moment which a friend took when I went to view.



It's taking some getting used to but this morning after 150 miles I feel alot more confident in traffic and tight lanes. Having had a TT, MX5 and small stuff all my life then it still feels huge to drive despite being chauffeured in various big things on a regular basis.

V8 is the only way to enjoy Land rovers be lucky
