I drain the oil from the box sump plug on the first go and refill from the level plug mine being a 1999 model or
dipstick for earlier models.
Then run it for a week and do the same again along with the filter.
You can only change what's in the sump as a lot of oil rests within the system and torque converter.

Here you go, the garden sprayer is cheaper. I've used this for the transfer box and it's good for the diffs aswell.
