Top tailgate trim

Morning All, Oh bugger, backed into the garage yesterday and had a bit of an accident. The toggle on the garage door closing rope must have caught between the wiper blade and the top tailgate trim. There was a loud band when it eventually released itself, I jumped out thinking that I had run over something. Then I noticed the dent in the trim, bet I couldn't do that again if I tried. Does anyone know how to remove said trim strip ? Checked on Rave without success.

Job done, had a proper look this afternoon and it just pulls off its mounting clips. Bit of wacking to get the dent out and its back on till I source another.

Not good,
finances not that great atm to be honest!
Think were gona get it done but got £3k to find first for the holiday to egypt we booked a few weeks ago
ive still got transport with my wifes car and my dads when she needs hers so no major rush
