Hi everyone.
Today is my birthday, it really is.
My wife and children spoilt me all day. Receiving concert tickets for some of my fav groups, along with a new land rover key ring and T-shirt, copies of Big Bang theory seasons 1-6 box set (love it) and a new phone case that at first glance has a defender on it, at second glance has my defender on it (wife took a photo and had it made).
So nice gifts in the morning followed by a full day being allowed to play with my landy, I managed to tidy a few bits and get one of my brand new utility style doors fitted in what was the very far side window of my 110 CSW.
So I am sure youre wondering what all this has to do with the title of this thread.
Well its all due to a member called Ricksdef.
I have been searching for a back issue of land rover international for almost a year, its a 2012 issue featuring a green camo twisted 90, I want to try and copy the paint job on my 110 but its difficult to explain the colours to anyone who hasnt seen it.
Ricksdef has sent me a PM saying he has a copy that I can have. A brilliant gesture if I do say so myself and has topped my birthday.
So I just thought I would share this with the community as I know many brilliant members like Ricksdef help us all out from time to time without any real public thanks and or recognition.
So this is just me saying a very public thank you.
