Hi all,
Un decided what to do now its coming to an end.
Still a few more things to finish off before MOT, but I reckon a couple weeks.
Me and the missus have our first baby on the way, so money will be handy.
The Landy is so clean and tidy it would be a shame to use it as I first intended, getting muddy in the woods!!!

More pics on original thread..

Remember that a Landy is for life, not just a hobby!

I went a few years without one, and couldn't wait to be able to afford another bone-shaking, teeth rattling, spine jarring beautiful beast!

If you get rid, you will wish you hadn't ... It must be something that they put into the gallons of EP90 that we all go through as the ball wipers stop doing their job. Not forgetting the engine that always leaks oil which ensures that no-one else will park in 'your place'!

As a friend said, "You can always get another wife, but where will you get another Landy as good as the one you have?"

By the way, the best way of getting a baby to sleep is a short trip in a Landy!

I was faced with the same question with my last s2a, so I made it worth selling, I advertised it at top money thinking if it sold, I was quids-in, if it didnt, I still had a nice landy.
The thing sold first day in the paper!
Been 7 yrs till this one (S3) which I bought cheap enough to do the same again if I have to.
Next one will be an early CSW!

:):)I can whole heartedly agree!!!!!!!!!:):)
;);)Don't put your centre seat in put a baby seat in and bolt it to the seat box, that's what I did with my first safari very safe and perfectly legal.:D:D
:D:DAs far as do you sell or not sell will be your decision and your decision only, you will do what you will feel to be right at the time.
I sold my first landy to get married (and a shotgun, my wife sold her motorbike) it then took me 10 years and a sucession of terible cars before I got another one and haven't looked back since, it would be a shame after all the time and hard work you have put in to see it sold but you have to do what is right for you.;);)

;);););):DGood luck

Just seen the pics of your Landy, looks great, all that work, think you would regret selling it but the decision rests on your shoulders, could be years and a lot more hassle to do another like that though :ballchain:

Don't sell it! You'll regret it. I sold a motorbike for a pittance when I was a kid and spent ten years looking for another one the same!
