Hi Litch, yep already had quite a few emails back and forth with Dave Ashcroft. Like all the other big brands it's not worth their time working on Salisbury diffs. I'd certainly take a diff off him in the future but need to put a newer axle on the rear first. I guess I'm just trying to build up the motivation to take it on.
Also need to clear out the garage. If I'm putting a new axle on I'm going to strip it back properly and weld in strengthening sections.
Anyone need a couple of white painted defender doors? One near new other had some emergency frame welding. Both just sat in the way for the last few years. Guess I should put a couple of adverts in the right section for all the "spares" I could do with shifting.
