Hi there,
I have recently got a 1975 series 2 landy, it currently has some rather old off-road imperial 6.00 - 16 LT tyres on it.
I am looking to change these to something that is more suited to mainly on-road tyres that are capable of the odd fairly easy going off-road excursion. Every site I look at makes me more confused, from what I can work out I think a metric tire of 235/85/16 would be the way forward but I'm really not sure!
Could anyone with a bit more experience out there please give me some advice.
Thanks

metric equiv of a 600x16 is a 205R16; for a 750, its 235/85. There not 'exact' equivs' but good enough.
Youll need wider, lwb rims or similar for a 750.235/85 tyre, or the more common 235/75, thats the more popular fit for a 205.

hey guys, I got some 205R16 on my landy 90 200tdi. Not had it long, and got stuck in some mud the other day. Are these a little thin for offroading, and green laning etc
