Freelander 1 tire change

help please,i want to replace one of my rear tyres the same make and size, its the spare and brand new,on the other side of the rear axle the tyre depth is only 1ml.differance to the to the new one.is it ok to mix these tyers on my rear axle

If all the tyres are identical and the rear have more treads than the front, then it'll be fine. Problems arise from odd tyres, having different rolling radii, which overloads the AWD system.
