I found this the other day for the 300TDi, 200TDi is pretty similar.

do you normally answer questions that have allready been answered ?

that's for a 300 Tdi NOT the 200 TDi - and to quote some text contained on that page you mentioned

"Special Note: These procedures apply to 300TDi engines only. 200TDi engines are markedly different and will be covered separately. Do not use these procedures if you have a 200TDi engine"
