time for suspension change!!!

hi all, i have had my defender 90 coming up 2 years, i have done lots of upgrades, engine, wheels , guards etc but have always been advised to change the suspension as its original on an f reg (83,000 miles). i do quite allot of towing and only do mild off-roading i.e greenlanes but nothing too extreme. there are lots of kits out there but i dont want to fit any old thing and find out that it was budget rubbish. has anyone any experience in this area or know of a good setup?? i have been looking at bearmach blue springs and procomp gas shocks- any good?? p.s i'm not looking to put a lift kit on..... thanks. carl.
