Have they cross-threaded and hammered it up? If the threads are stuffed make them replace the studs and nuts.

I just left it as it was a week later until I got to look as I went away on holiday so if I said anything I’d just get them saying why am I only mentioning it blah blah

bought all new nuts and replaced just to be on the safe side
