Hello. I get two or sometimes three (Hill Decent) of the Amigos under a certain situation. It only happens if I go to pull out of a junction and press the accelerator only to have to jump off the accelerator and brake if a car appears etc. Under normal driving I never see them.

Any pointers as to what this could be?

Thanks.

Nothing I can do about him! As I say it only happens on occasion when I get caught out by cars coming round blind bends. I did see someone mention this...

"From what your saying the revs taking a bit longer to settle I would try cleaning the MAP and MAF sensors".

Could be one of the hub bearings starting to wear /coming lose. And moving enough for the sensor to pick it up when your putting ya foot down hard / braking

A bit of info:

I recently had a front hub changed. The amount of play when you moved the roadwheel side to side was quite impressive in the old hub.
However, quite surprisingly it never threw up ABS or indeed the 3 amigos...and everything was working as it should (ABS, TC, HDC)

Thanks folks. I'm compiling a list of things to check so keep throwing the possible culprits in if you don't mind. :) The nut behind the wheel is top of the list!
