this disco is starting to do me head in big time

Disco td5 Does me head in

Hi All
i have a td5 disco on a 99 with 122.000 on. here are the jobs i have done so far
new injector harness
new engine wirering loomnew injector seals & washers
new oil and filter all round
new fuel pump
The baby run like a dream until yesterday ,out shooting hit a pot hole pritty hard and then it started,
suddern loss of power missing like a bag of spanners,so pulled over and turned the enginne off after a couple of mins cranked her over again and fine,but only for amile or so then had to the same again
Flog her hard she seem ok then let ya foot off and thens wen if she does she starts to die slowly.
