Hi everyone, first post here but have been lurking for a few weeks. Recently bought a 2004 Disco 2 TD5 and found loads of advice on here.
Did an oil/filters change yesterday and all went smoothly until I went to start her up after. Hazards flashing, turning over but not starting. Thought it was the immobiliser to start with but after reading (many) threads on here concluded it was the inertia switch. Anway, reset that and tried again but no joy. The key fob was working fine so I pulled the hazards fuse, locked it up, and left it overnight.
The great news is she started up perfectly this evening...I guess you just have to wait a while after resetting the switch.
Thanks for all the advice guys...I get a feeling I'll be a regular on here!

I'll get some this weekend when shes had a bath;)

I did find this rattling around under the bonnet today...I'm guessing I might have a bit of extra power??

Does anyone know about TorqTec...a quick Google search looks like they are no longer trading.
