thinking of getting a disco

One approach you could take is to look for a no frills D2. Mine is probably close to that. It's got no air suspension at the rear - coils all round.

You can also find ones that don't have the ACE. Mine has and if I had a chance again I may have looked for one without.

Mind you mine's only a 5 seater. I could go and find the extra 2 seats and fit them if I wanted to, but the last disco was a 7 seater and towards the end we hardly ever used the extra seats.
