Thick **** strikes again, simple answer needed!!! Please

Right hear goes...
A have a profile picture thats small enough and a copied the address into to upload bar and then the picture appeared. Thats all right. But whenever I go to save changes it says 'Upload file failed', so what am I doing wrong ?

Or basicly tell me how I upload my profile pic.
Promise I've done a search but couldn't find anything

yeh, no probs in my signature, its just next to my username that won't work

Go to "UserCP"
"Edit Avatar"
"Use Custom Avatar" radio button selected
"Choose file" browse your computer
"Save Changes"

Done!!

Maximum size of your custom image is 150 by 150 pixels or 29.3 KB (whichever is smaller).
