Finally finished the swivel overhaul everything is back together test drive and the TC/ABS lights are on.

Checked the Nanocom met with -

Right side ABS sensor electrical failure - 6 times

Am I right in thinking the sensor is dead and I need a new one?

Probably.

Seems like one of the more obvious things to try, anyway.

Or check your connections, maybe you dislodged it.

On the P38 Rangie you tap the sensors fully home with a soft hammer as they can creep out of position.
They are cheap to replace though.

Yeah seems odd it was fine then died... I've pushed it home as far as I can with a lil love tap and cleared the code again. It appears to have stayed off this time.

Just bloody annoying having done all that work to be tripped up by a wretched sensor.
