Prices do seem to be climbing. Haven't got a spare 3 door face-lift I am afraid.

What engine and transmission type??

Only spare one is a v low mileage 2001 model V6. 5 Door.
The yellow 3 door has been on the ramp, all good underneath. Brakes, belt and service and it'll have L plates on for laddy.
 
For me, the ultimate FL1 would be a facelift 3dr of either HSE or Sport premium spec, auto. I'd love one as my "summer" driver. Lifted 30mm and stored in a garage so I could do some @andyfreelandy style top standard refurb works on it.
 
So it’s at least £3k over the odds for that sticker, and a bunch of poorly hacked mods, and tatty front bumper.

Doesn’t even have the ‘magical’ cup holder, or the rear parcel shelf.

And me. I'd like to find an 04-05 Sport premium Hardback, without too much damage, preferably in silver with a V6 as a first choice but a 1.8 or TD4 would also be acceptable.
 
Sounds unbelievable that you can by FL1's under 1000£ there. In Finland (yearly inspection done, like mot) prefacelifts are typically around 2000EUR and facelifts 3000-4000EUR. And these have 200k km's, even 400k km's in odometer.

3 doors are really rare here. Actually found 1 right now on sale.

Yeah 'aving a larf me thinks. Are those tailgate window guards still available anywhere do you know ?
 
Got one fitted on my Tangiers beast. Dog loves it. Easy to remove when you buy 3m of pipe and forget which car you are in too!!
You do see them on the bay occasionally.

I have been looking for a couple of years now but never seem to see them. I picked up a genuine full boot guard when I first got it but never use it as the hound quite happily stays in the boot without standing up. I had a good scout round LR show last w/end but nothing so I'll just have to keep looking/hoping:). Should your good self or anyone else see one please let me know I'd really appreciate it, cash waiting as long as it's not silly money ;). Many thanks.
 
Blimey my eyesight must be on par with Stevie Wonders ! Many thanks for that, as you've pointed out the s/h ones are often incomplete so I'll invest in a new one, I'll run it by the financial adviser whilst holding the mutt with his best sad dog eyes:):). All the best.

You can get new fittings on eBay not cheap £23
I got a one off eBay thinking it would come without fittings but it did
