I will have a look at my shift for October and if I can get the time off work or already have it I can lead a group.
I will know more tomorrow :D

some accommodation ideas....

Travelodge | Paignton Seafront hotel – Paignton hotels
looks to be ATM about £53 / room
Marldon Tor Caravan Park Home - Welcome to Torbay! Were a Caravan Site In Devon, South West England
We originally went to this campsite , but nobody at reception as we were 2 hrs later than we said ..
Looked a bit shabby BUT there were folks having BBQs and log fires etc ...£10/night flat rate all year.
Widdicombe Farm - touring park Torbay, Devon
And this is where we eventually stayed , just up the road from Marldon Tor ...very nice facilities and a bar on site ..BUT adults only and they don't do group bookings , so individuals would have to book also no campfires and strangely you can't pre-book less than 3 nights so we took pot luck and got in , there were quite a few pitches empty , but i can imagine that being adult only , the tent pitch probably isn't that popular, mainly older folk in swanky curryvans and motor homes.:D

Thanks for the heads up on acc if I get on the run I will probably go for the travelodge
Cheers mud

Id go for the cheapest option because Im a peasant! :D How many nights do you usually stay anyway? Or is it purely depending on distance you gotta travel etc?

It also depends on the social side of the weekend too. Sometimes there is a group BBQ or drinking session, night laning or just a who can be eaten alive the quickest by 'orrible midge things.

Generally it's Friday night for an early start Saturday and Saturday night because you're too arseholed to drive home and Sunday morning for a greasy bacon BBQ breakfast and a steady trip home.

Or we've all got stuck on the 'last lane' and decided to give up digging in the dark and gone to sleep in the vehicles.

Pretty much sums it up.

why dont we just split the groups down into 3 with the people left?

Im sure pikey, 110 or BB would lead a group. Drewster?

You guys have all been around long enough to know. I presume me and kipper will have some sort of get together before we actually go to sort a route? If so, we just give you the route on the day and bobs your fathers brother innit? :)
