My dsco is the latest version of the disco 1s and disco 2s are ****e and the others are electrical nightmares,and this looks the same,so better start looking after the old ones because they are the last of the line....sorry rant over

it's in no way practical as a working vehicle, too much shiny plastic, especially around the front end

Do bear in mind this is a concept car which will probably not look too much like whatever eventually makes it off the production lines.

Shrewd move by JLR in my opinion - they want to find out what people value most about the Defender, and judging that photo they're about to get a hell of a lot of feedback!

While I don't like the look of it at all, I actually think it will be a good thing. Look at it this way: new Beetle, New Mini, new Fiat 500, they all pushed up the popularity and value of the classic models. So I just look at it as owning something even more special!

Why they need to update it is beyond me !

Everyone knows the main downfall of a Landrover is rust

No need to bring out a new design, just make Landys galvanised, like audis etc

They would then end up with the best by far, and instead of people saying that new defender is ****, they will get people saying the new defender is awesome, a must have, second to none.

If they made a galv 90, i would go out and buy one tommorow
