Hi guys and gals of the Landy forum I currently have a disco 2 which I recon is a great truck, however just of late I might want to burn it if I cant sort this little problem out. I have had the Mexicans coming on and off for about the last 2 months, I have put it on the diagnostic (icarsoft LR version 2.0 the 2020 version) and it tells me shuttle valve electrical failure. Its only showing 1 fault, so today I fitted a new repair kit, no signs of fluid when the old one was taken off, cleared the fault and went for a test drive, all was well until I was reversing on my drive and guess what, Mexicans are back. I am disabled and unable to work at the moment so cant afford to throw money at it. Could someone around Northampton area help with a nanocom or hawk eye system just as confirmation of fault, also can anyone tell me in plain English what the wiring mod is and how to do it. I am no stranger to working around cars as I have been doing it since I was 14 I'm 55 now but broke my neck and back 3 years ago so struggle a tad now. Your help will be much appreciated with plenty of cups of tea or coffee in return thanks (ole blue eyes)
