Hi there I'm asking what's the best sealant for exhausts? Mine is blowing where it joins mid box and really can't be fagged to change it all so just seal it up. I've searched and nothing really helps before you get in a strop. Is there an equivalent to tiger seal for exhausts lol. Thanks.

Exhaust paste is exhaust paste really, you cant really just plug a hole though, if its a join you will need to take it apart, clean up, add paste and reclamp, you can get an exhaust bandage but they aint great, that with a hose clip can stop small holes though...
Remember exhausts rust inside out so if you have a hole the likelyhood is that the rest of it isnt far behind...

replace the midbox section with a straight pipe

It might lose it didn't know it was an N/a cos that'll want some restriction

Just for a temp measure you can use the paste and a cut up coke tin (other brands are available 
)wrapped around held with jubilee clips.
I did this on an exhaust that snapped completely in half and it lasted six months

If its on a join there is no point messing about, take it apart and do it properly, it won't take long. I wouldn't weld it as the metal will be very thin...
