Been looking into buying a 90 for a few weeks now, went and had a go in a 1993 200tdi with 80k on the clock! It was bloody great fun but very agricultural :D

Had a good look around for corrosion and only found some surface rust on the chassis and the inside of the rear cross member which could be cleaned up and protected! Brake pipes were in good nick and bulkhead was mint

The steering box was leaking quite badly and the steering was about quarter of a turn out but he assured me that this will be replaced and sorted, apart from that there was abit of corrosion across the sill only seen when the door was open!

Does this seem acceptable for a 18 year old landy?

Heres a pic, the back would be removed :)

Good mileage, and the best engine! I wouldnt worry about corrosion on sills if its just surface, can be easily sorted. Looks from the photo that it has'nt been worked too hard. So if the price is right..Grab it!( 'A bit agricultural' thats what they were made for.)

Took me a couple of minutes of driving to get used to it but after that i didnt stop smiling, also it would intermitently crunch coming down the box into 2nd

Pmsl, im gonna go and give it a good check over again and put a deposit on it if it hasnt sold! Someone else road testef it while i was there

Will do, just test drove another this one a k reg also, had been resprayed but found a hole in the bulkhead to the side of the dash so walked away!
