Hi all

Has anybody got any of these or heard anything about them? I know the construction of them is very good, because I had a look at some in Billing, but does anybody know how good the light is? £154 is a very good price for them from John Craddock, it's either these or KC daylighters :D

I am considering on getting these spots too but as i have no idea how they perform i am a little reluctant to purchase them. I have seen them on quite a few Land Rovers though.

I'm sure their just slightly cheaper versions of LightForce's but the quality of them seems very good, it's just the HID part I'm not too sure about

Well - for a start it seems that they are going to be very much more difficuolt to get through the mot....

Secondly: when the bulbs do go they are shedloads to replace...

So why replace halogens that you can replace at two for a fiver - with a system that will cost fifty quid a side for the cheap versions!

Very true about the cost, but I didnt think it mattered about driving lights with the mot, I've decided i'm going to get some Hella Rallye 3003 and get some osram nightbreaker +'s their only about £15 a pair, and their awesome :biggrin1:

HID bulbs are only expensive from franchised dealers, elsewhere and online they're not too badly priced.

arienol I would be interested to know where you are sourcing the bulbs from. I checked out my local motor factor... they are really good for nearly everything round here (Milehams).... Factory fitted ones, £55 trade each side. After market ones you can't change the bulb you have to change the whole system...

Add that to the fact that from the next MOT lights of all sorts are included in the MOT and HID have especially stringent rules applied and they are a non starter unless you have more money to burn than sense.
