Am I alone in having passengers who whinge about how cold it is in the back seats? I've tried turning the heating up, all the different combinations of direction settings, and while the front seat passenger and I are close to collapsing from heat stroke, it's still apparently cold in the back!

Anyone got any ideas (besides a hot water bottle!)?

Thanks

Have you checked to see if any heat is coming out of the vents under the front seats? If all else fails, you can get portable heaters that plug into cigarette lighter socket.

Not really the same BUT, I had a difficulty getting air to my 2 canines in the rear of my Disco4 without freezing myself from the open rear windows, so, I got a 12v vehicle fan and plug that in to the cigar socket. For your purposes, I have just gogled 12v heater fan for vehicles and lots come up. Just an idea for you to think about.:)

Is there a vent under the front seat in the Hardback - I've failed to see one! Maybe that is the problem - it's missing!!
Thanks for replying.

The vent is hard to see without a flashlight, because it's as far forward as the front of the front seats and set into the ridge of metal that stops your junk rolling into the back of the landy from the driver and passenger footwell. Hope that makes sense.

The vent to the rear is just behind the floor stiffening structure, to which the front mount of the front seats bolt. It looks like a black plastic pipe.

Well i've had the thing for 6 years and never encountered that before. Probably because very little comes out of it!!! Never mind - i'll take a blanket!!
